Underway are a young, energetic upcoming folk band based in Birmingham. They have played at folk shows and celeidhs across the UK, and play a mixture of trad and original folk tunes - written by members of the band.

Joe Broughtons Conservatoire Folk Ensemble
The Folk Ensemble are a 70 piece band of current and alumni Royal Birmingham Conservatoire students. It is lead by Joe Broughton and has been going for 25 years now. The band play a combination of traditional folk tunes and new folk/funk influenced pieces, which they tour every year aroung various folk and music festivals like Shambala, Shrewsbury Folk Festival and Kendall Calling.
